If I was asked the question
"If you could have anything, what would it be?"
I'd simply say
I'd want another chance for you and me

I'd like to say I'm sorry
In case I might have hurt you
But I'm sure you're fine without me now
Just like I'm fine without you

I have tried to forget you
But it really really hurts
When I think about it
This pain just becomes worse

I tell myself
"Get over him, he's not worth all these tears"
You were the only one I trusted
with my fears

But now you're gone, moved far away
I tell myself it'll be okay
That day you said you love me
I just could not believe

That there was, isn't or will be
a you & me
